 Let me cut a stencil?

Need a stencil for your mailbox?   Need a stencil for your lunchbox?  Need a stencil for your tool box?  Let me make a re-usable stencil for your identification purposes!

I found stencils work well to identify machinery. I found hidden places to stencil my name on combines and other machinery, in case of theft. They also work well to put the name and address on the mailbox in rural areas. These stencils can be used over and over, until the paint build-up just dries out the stencil and it cracks.

I bought a stencil machine at an industrial sale, if anyone wishes to have a stencil cut, download and fill out the form below and fax or e-mail it to me, with the funds, and I will send one to you.

Follow the instructions on the Excel Spreadsheet you can download below, I can now cut a stencil up to 36 letters and spaces, with four lines.  I often attend Mikeworth's Swap meet, if you are local, so you could save shipping charges.  Or, pick it up at my shop.

I now have the material to make four line stencils, up to 51 spaces and letters per line.  This material is 48" long, and a stencil made from it costs five dollars for the material and five cents per letter and space.

The 24" stencil board that can make four lines of text costs four dollars, plus five cents per letter and space.  You can use up to 24 letters and spaces for this board.

The 24" stencil oil board with only three lines costs three dollars, plus five cents per letter and space.  You can use up to 18 letters and spaces for this board.

I still have available a 12" oil board that only cost a dollar, plus five cents per letter and space.  You can use only 10 letters and spaces on this board. This small board is used often for a last name, to identify tools such as shovels and others with a long handle.

The picture below shows the battery on my laptop with a painted stencil, then another on the body of the laptop.  Note that the quality of the spray paint nozzle used often affects the quality of the job.  I sometimes forget, and used partial cans of paint that have bad or partly clogged nozzles.

Stencil worksheet.xls  Click on this link to download an Excel spreadsheet that allows you to plan your stencil.  Send me the plans, along with payment (Plus $4 shipping and handling), and I will send your customized stencil you can use over and over.  If you are local, you can save the $4 shipping and handling by picking up the stencil in person.
